Message from the Parish Life Director
Hello and Welcome!
Expect that greeting each and every time that you come through the doors of St. John Bosco church or parish office. We have a reputation to uphold, you know. Visitors are always impressed by the warm reception they receive and new-comers almost always remark how quickly they feel “at home.”
Of course, along with feeling “at home” comes the pitching in and helping out. Here at St. John Bosco, there are many opportunities to become involved, from the weekly liturgical ministries to the spring church and yard clean-up. Whatever your gifts and your availability, we can and will find a place for you to contribute.
Situated in the beautiful Holiday Park area of Saskatoon, we serve a very diverse demographic. Some of our families have been here since the parish’s inception in 1959, with two and three and even four generations participating in the faith and life of this parish community.
Did I mention that we like to have fun? We do! Just ask anyone who attended the spring CWL social. The parish social committee is now busy planning our Coffee House which will be held Sept 17th.
Thank you for visiting our website. I trust that you will find it informative. Please give us your feedback as you navigate these pages. Our desire is for you to visit this site often—cause it’s just so good!
And do drop by. We would love to say “Hello and welcome!”
